Case Depth measurement

THT utilises high tech equipment to analyse and measure case depth.
Test pieces within the furnace load are tested for core hardness and
depth of case using micro hardness testing equipment.

The microscope is attached to a visual display unit thus enabling the accurate
measurement of the case depth and core hardness of components after
surface treatment processing.

Results are logged and saved for traceability.
