Carried out in computer controlled furnaces, vacuum processing is a highly accurate and repeatable method of heat treatment, ideal for precision parts
and special components.
Using the latest vacuum furnace technology our process:

• Minimises distortion
• Is clean and free from contaminants
• Is suitable for a range of materials and sizes
• Has a highly controlled rate of heating, soaking and quenching (up to 10bar)

Salt Bath Processing
This tradtional method of heat treatment still has its place in industry today.
Operating at temperatures of up to 1300°c, its versatility is ideal for applications
that have a basic design and require subsequent grinding.
