Materials

Most materials are processed daily at THT allowing for good lead times.
Many materials can be processed through both Vacuum and Saltbath furnaces,
although the O1 type tool steel is only processed through saltbath due to difficulty in achieving the required quench rate.
Stainless steels (except the 3 series) can be hardened through the vacuum process.

Materials hardened on a regular basis at THT include:
